More Details On Vince McMahon’s Plan To Re-Purchase WWE From TKO

Just when you thought the Vince McMahon saga was over… think again, because Vince McMahon plans to re-purchase WWE.

Here is the story:

In September 2023, Endeavor scooped up WWE and slapped it under the TKO banner alongside UFC. Vince, the mad genius who built an empire from smoke and steel chairs, stepped back… kind of. He was named Executive Chairman, but not for long.

Cue the lawsuits.

Cue the downfall.

Cue Vince being forced to resign amidst some of the darkest allegations in wrestling history. He was accused of sexual misconduct and trafficking by a former employee.

Since then, WWE has acted like Vince never existed. Triple H took the creative wheel, while Nick Khan and TKO took over the business operations and the product has soared. Clean slate. New era.

BUT WAIT.

Jonathan Coachman alleged that McMahon is actually planning to re-purchase his previous company. On the Coach & Bro show, former WWE announcer The Coach doubled down on his previous remarks and gave fresh information on McMahon’s desire to re-enter WWE:

“I mentioned on Twitter and I’ve been, by the way, going viral. You probably seen I’ve been quoted everywhere when I talked about Vince re-buying. I’ve been quoted everywhere. And the one thing I’ve yet to be wrong about, anything. And so now all of a sudden I’m getting all of these websites because I have educated views, and I also have people that are tipping me off. Now, do I know hundred percent he’s going to buy? I know he wants to.”

Let that sink in. The man who once crushed WCW, walked out of federal court untouched, and survived more scandals than a soap opera villain… apparently isn’t done.

Now, let’s get real — WWE just inked a $5 BILLION deal with Netflix. This isn’t pocket change. If Vince McMahon plans to re-purchase WWE, he’s going to need more than just guts and grapefruits — he’ll need billionaire allies and Wall Street warlords.

But here’s the thing with Vince:

Never count him out.

He’s a villain. A visionary. A virus that wrestling just can’t shake off.

So the question isn’t can he do it.

It’s this:

What happens if an attempt is made by Vince McMahon to re-purchase WWE?

Wrestling history might be on the verge of its weirdest chapter yet. The former WWE Chairman is already 79 years old, and even though he wants back what he believes is his, the ship might have already sailed, but if there is anyone who can make such a deal happen it’s McMahon himself.

Synopsis

  • According to ex-WWE announcer Jonathan Coachman, McMahon isn’t done yet. He wants to re-purchase the company from TKO.
  • WWE merged under TKO alongside UFC, ending Vince’s 40-year reign.
  • McMahon was forced out amid serious allegations — sexual assault and trafficking. Says he’s “never been wrong” and Vince definitely wants WWE back.
  • With Netflix deals and sky-high value, a buyback would need massive backing.

Triple H and Vince McMahon are no longer on speaking terms

On Behind the Turnbuckle, Jonathan Coachman peeled back the curtain on the latest McMahon family fracture — and it’s ugly.

Coachman claimed Vince McMahon is deeply unhappy with WWE’s current direction. The apparent turning point in their bond was the brutal boardroom betrayal — where both Triple H and Stephanie reportedly voted against keeping Vince on board. Since that vote, Vince hasn’t said a single word to either of them… and doesn’t plan to.

The lone survivor of McMahon’s loyalty? His son, Shane McMahon, is still allegedly in his father’s corner. He also pointed out that McMahon ‘despises’ Triple H and had once remarked that there are too many McMahons in the kitchen – a jibe at The Game.
